I was sitting in front of my favorite ice cream shop here in Taiwan, eating homemade green tea ice cream earlier today where it’s a balmy 97 degrees outside and had a flashback moment. I reminisced one special moment in time (when it was a lot cooler outside), when I was sitting in Seattle years…

How confident are you about your practice being busy consistently in the upcoming months? You’ve been laying low during COVID-19 or seeing people via telehealth. Now you’re re-opening and looking forward to treating patients in person again. Although your business may have served you well pre-Covid, the game has changed and now you ready…

"I have been in practice for 10 years working for other practices, but I opened my own practice a year ago and was struggling. The things that worked in my previous location weren’t working anymore. Before working with Chen, I felt the economy had taken a toll on my practice. Within a month of working with Chen, I had my biggest month of income since 2007, and surpassed the 90-day monthly income goal I set! Instead of booking 54% of the people I talk to, 86% of the people are booking with me using the system Chen has taught me. Within 2 months, my practice is so busy that I needed to raise my fees. I just...
