"I have been in practice for 10 years working for other practices, but I opened my own practice a year ago and was struggling. The things that worked in my previous location weren’t working anymore. After working with Chen, my monthly income has doubled within 3 months and I’m on track for a 6-figure year.I’ve noticed more and more of current patients are referring friends and family to me. Instead of booking 54% of the people I talk to, 86% of the people are booking with me using the system Chen has taught me. Within 2 months, my practice is so busy that I needed to raise my fees. I just...

I was looking for a better way to communicate with potential patients over the phone that would help me bring in ideal clients. Chen provided a systemized approach that felt comfortable and not pushy. It has allowed me to find patients that I love working with. Thank you.
