*Receptionist and Outreach Coordinator* Part-Time

You have the flexibility of working from home! This is an exciting opportunity for a heart-centered person with a natural ability for connecting with people to help a marketing coach/consultant small business with a big mission.  Experience as a medical receptionist or with holistic businesses (chiropractors, naturopaths, massage therapists, energy healers, health/wellness coaches) or experience booking speaking engagements preferred.

Our mission is that holistic practitioners change the way our society takes care of their health (instead of relying mainly on drugs or Western medicine). We do this by helping holistic practitioners wanting a bigger impact reach more people and grow their businesses. They learn a step-by-step process of getting a waiting list of clients through our mentorship. The format of what we offer includes teleseminars, live speaking, and high-end private and group coaching/mentorship. You will work with someone who is very dynamic, results-oriented, & always open to new ideas. Work in a supportive environment from home.

Work independently, 15-20 hrs/week, 5 days/week, eventually more if needed. Your hours can quickly grow if your role leads to our business growing.

Role Description
1. Respond attentively to customer service requests, book appointments swiftly (by phone & email) with leads that want appointments
2. Ask for and receive referrals from our existing clients (templates/procedure available)
3. Reach out to community leaders who have communities of holistic practitioners to book speaking engagements or interview opportunities. Find speaking opportunities to apply for and professional conferences to attend. Look for experts our company can interview to bring additional value to our community (ie, other marketing or business growth topics that complement what we offer)
4. Invite our existing clients to upcoming 3-day live event (by phone)
5. Use social media marketing (Linked In, etc) to make connections with people
6. Find sponsors for upcoming live event (optional but highly preferred)

(Your role will include some or all of the above, depending on your strengths and time availability)


Requirements for this Role
*Medical Receptionist, Customer Service/Marketing/Sales, or PR experience. Experience scheduling appointments, booking speaking engagements/interviews, developing JV/affiliate partnerships, or marketing teleseminars preferred. Enjoys calling to talk to people also.
*Computer savvy with email/internet marketing & social networking (note, this is not required if you have strong experience booking speaking engagements)
*Strong oral communication persuasive skills and/or written marketing/copywriting skills
*Infusion Soft experience a plus (although not a requirement)
