When Karen first started practicing, she thought the practice would build on its own. After 1.5 yrs and not seeing the number of patients she wanted to see, she joined a 2nd clinic. She hit a wall and didn’t know where to go from there.

Her practice would have some great weeks and some weeks would be completely dead. She felt really not in control because she didn’t know what she could do to improve it.  It was frustrating because she wanted to see more patients.

Karen talks about what made a big difference in her growth to being busy in such a short time frame. She finds it really fulfilling because she got into this profession because she really wanted to help people.  Karen loves it. She just loves working with people.
