Relaxing Chamomile & Mint Bath Soak Recipe

Nothing is quite as relaxing as laying back in a hot bath and soaking away the stress of the day and letting your mind rest and recharge before heading to bed. To make it even better, try this homemade chamomile and mint bath soak to relax and pamper yourself naturally.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups dried chamomile flowers
  • (you may purchase these on Amazon.com)

  • 3 cups dried peppermint leaves
  • 6 cups epsom salts
  • 4 cups buttermilk powder

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until it has a white, powdery appearance with the chamomile and mint leaves throughout. Store in a lidded container near the bath and enjoy!

Remember, this combo does work as a natural sedative and stress reliever, so save this one for before bed!

Bath soak will stay fresh for up to 1 month.
